The Diversity Charter is an initiative of 6,000 companies and institutions working together to promote respectful cooperation and equal opportunities - regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and belief, sexual orientation and social background. The aim of the charter is to reduce prejudice and discrimination in the workplace and to actively promote diversity in the company.
