Before the second part of his double concerts, Herbert Grönemeyer put his hands in the MOWOS cement.
We had of course tried to get him before, but now it has finally worked out. Because Herbert Grönemeyer has long been one of the contenders for our honour. Since 1993, the versatile artist has attracted 275,000 fans to the Olympic Park at eleven concerts (three of them in the Olympic Stadium). That means he has long since earned the MOWOS record!
The German rocker came to the immortalisation in a good mood (he can be different), shook hands with all the participants and had the history and stories about the MOWOS told to him. After the ceremony, Grönemeyer was happy to receive the mascot and took his leave in the direction of the dressing room.
At first unnoticed, something curious happened! Above the pressed hands it says "A hearty Servus", but not who had written it - the autograph is missing! The first star who had forgotten to write his name on the plate, also a novelty... At least our name tag makes sense.
