In the interest of everyone, we strive to provide you and all visitors with access to the Olympic Park in a way that respects your personal rights and therefore limit video surveillance measures to the most necessary. Nevertheless, in the execution of our mandate, we are obliged to monitor certain areas by opto-electronic devices. This serves to protect visitors as well as the buildings in the Olympic Park and helps, for example, to identify blocked access roads in time and to identify responsible persons in case of damage to the facilities of the Olympic Park. Access to video surveillance monitors is only possible for authorised persons who are obliged to maintain confidentiality. Access to recorded video data is strictly regulated under strict purpose limitation guidelines and by means of a multi-level authorisation concept.
