The Offspring

Supercharged Worldwide in ‘25

Olympic Hall

‘You're Gonna Go Far Kid’, “The Kids Aren't Alright” and “Self Esteem” are just a few of The Offspring's hits. The band has been one of the greats of Californian punk rock for four decades. In autumn 2024, figurehead Bryan ‘Dexter’ Holland and his comrades-in-arms released their eleventh studio album, ‘Supercharged’. On their world tour, they will also rock the Olympic Hall on 30 October 2025.

In 1984, Holland, bassist Greg Kiesel and drummer James Lilja founded the band Manic Subsidal, which, together with guitarist Kevin ‘Noodles’ Wasserman, became The Offspring in 1986. They landed their first big bestseller with their third studio album ‘Smash’ (1994). The album reached number 4 in the charts in both the USA and Germany. Ixnay on the Hombre‘ (1997) also sold well, but the absolute milestone in the band's history was “Americana” in 1998 with the mega-hit “Pretty Fly” (for a White Guy)’, which even stormed to number 1 in the UK.

After further successes such as ‘Splinter’ (2003) and ‘Days Go By’ (2012), founding member Greg Kiesel left the band in 2019 and was replaced by bassist Todd Morse. In 2023, drummer Brandon Pertzborn and multi-instrumentalist Jonah Minoy joined the band. FUZE Magazine described the latest album ‘Supercharged’ with songs like ‘Light It Up’, ‘Make It All Right’ and the self-deprecating ‘Come To Brazil’ as a ‘typical Offspring record’ with ‘humour, optimism and cynicism’ between pop and punk. With their unmistakable sound, The Offspring once again prove to their fans that, even after 40 years, they still belong to the absolute pinnacle of Californian punk.
