Monika Gruber had not been seen on stage with a solo programme for two whole years. After the triumphant finale at the "Wahnsinn" tour and two sold-out performances in the Olympic Hall in December 2019, she had initially prescribed herself a break. She wanted to enjoy life, attend a language course in Italy, meet friends - until the Corona pandemic thwarted these plans.
On her comeback tour "Ohne Worte!" Monika Gruber dedicates herself to the world, love, getting older with her typical biting wit and sharp punchlines as well as with an amusing wink. It's about the absurdities of life, crumbling relationships and a divided society in an evening full of humour, wisdom and entertainment. With juicy, resounding slaps and mild caresses in between, just as she has been on the road for 20 years, when she celebrated her solo debut programme in 2004 with "Kellnerin Monique: Schmeckt's ned? At the end of the evening on 8 March in the Olympic Hall, the audience will not only know what perhaps still holds the world together, but also why a woman over 50 should always travel without a man, but never without tweezers.
