Joe Bonamassa

Live in Concert 2025

Olympic Hall

He is one of the greatest blues rockers of our time. An artist who, according to "Classic Rock Magazin", plays with more talent and dedication than anyone else in his genre. Joe Bonamassa is also a regular in Germany, not only in the top 10 of the charts, but also on concert stages. In 2025, the guitar genius goes on tour again - and delights his fans with another performance in the Olympic Hall.

He had easy access to music: because his father ran an instrument shop in New Hartford in the US state of New York, little Joe was already plucking on the guitar strings every day at the age of four. He was hailed as a "blues prodigy" when he accompanied the legendary B.B. King as a support act on his tour in 1989 at the age of twelve. Shortly afterwards, he founded the band "Bloodline" with the sons of Miles Davis, Robby Krieger and Berry Oakley. The release of his first solo album "A New Day Yesterday" in 2000 marked the beginning of a unique success story over the following two and a half decades: With his album "Live at the Hollywood Bowl", released in June 2024, Joe Bonamassa reached the top position of the US Billboard blues charts for the 28th time - an otherwise unrivalled record.

In addition to his studio productions, his live performances are particularly phenomenal. Inspired by role models such as Rory Gallagher, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan, he has regularly thrilled audiences in Germany for years with his very own inimitable sound. Much to the delight of his fans, Bonamassa is now going on tour again. He will be rocking the Olympic Hall on 30 April 2025.
