31 days of football, festival & fun
Our program for the UEFA EURO Fan Zone from 14 June to 14 July
Football at it´s best
The Bavarian Football Association presents the diversity of amateur football in the Fan Zone with a colourful daily programme on the Soccer Pitch on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz, including tournaments (e.g. junior tournaments, walking football, Munich City Championships, inclusion tournaments) and specific theme days (e.g. Women's and Girls' Football Day, Inclusion Days, etc.). There are also various hands-on activities (e.g. dribbling camp, children's coaching certificate demo training, walking football) and free play. In addition to the Soccer Pitch, you can also test your shooting power, put your accuracy to the test on the interactive goal wall and test your strength in a 1 vs. 1 duel in the BFV Cage.
GOOOOAAL! All 51 European Championship matches live and in full length
Cheer together and keep your fingers crossed - that's what awaits you at the official public viewing. All 51 European Championship matches will be broadcast live on the 120 square meter screen on the Olympic Lake. The location guarantees the best view of the action, as the matches can be watched from the lawn steps. And there are even more places to share in the excitement, on the screen at the Theatron (36 square meters) and under the Magic Sky (21 square meters) on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz. From June 29, you can also watch the DFB team's matches, the Munich games and the match taking place on the same day not only on the three screens around Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz, but also from the opposite stand on a 160 square meter screen in the Olympic Stadium.
A breathtaking flight to the Fan Zone
Would you like to fly into the Fan Zone? No problem! The Flying Fox promises a breathtaking view including an adrenalin kick. From the summit of the Olympic Hill, you can fly over 400 metres to the meadow in front of the Olympic Swimming Pool at speeds of up to 50 km/h and heights of up to 40 metres. It's an experience you’ll never forget.
Interactive and digital football worlds
The sponsors of UEFA EURO 2024 will offer impressive interactive and digital worlds of experience on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz. There will be plenty to explore and marvel at, including competitions, photo stations and interesting exhibitions.
ANTENNE BAYERN brings the radio stars to the Fan Zone
Antenne Bayern brings the radio stars to the Fan Zone: Look forward to concerts with Welshly Arms, Kelvin Jones, Marquess, Iggi Kelly, Kytes, as well as the international DJ duo ‘Fast Boy’ and the Antenne Bayern DJs. In addition, the presenters report and entertain on and off the stage every day under the motto ‘Munich, Bavaria, international’. Germany's most successful private radio station is very close to the action and creates many attractive highlights.
Fair Play Zone
Sustainability plays an important role at UEFA EURO 2024. The Fair Play Zone is all about the environment and climate, diversity and inclusion. In cooperation with city departments, companies and other organisations, you can expect interesting workshops, hands-on programmes and much more. It's definitely worth a visit!
Be active in the Fan Zone every day
There are plenty of opportunities to try out new things and get active in the Fan Zone. These hands-on activities are on the programme every day: e-sports fans will get their money's worth at Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz, where four consoles are available to play on. There will also be raffles, prevention and education workshops at the stand, and influencers and pro-gamers will be regular guests. Teqball is a great game that can be tried out in the Fan Zone on the roof of the Small Olympic Hall. This sport combines table tennis and football. And last but not least, FreizeitSport München invites you to do sports on the roof of the Small Olympic Hall: Here you can try out balance boards, balance bridges, ball track and much more.

Please note that the program is subject to change.
The Fan Zone is open daily (also on non-match days) from 01:00 P.M. to 10:00 PM On days when the match starts at 09:00 PM it closes approx. one hour after the final whistle.
As there are only a limited number of parking spaces available in the Olympic Park. We recommend using Park&Ride car parks and travelling to the Fan Zone by public transport or by bike.
All information on how to get there and parking can be found here.
You can reach the Fan Zone by taking the subway line U3 to the Olympiazentrum subway station. Please also use the special line U8 Sendlinger Tor / Hauptbahnhof <> Olympiazentrum on Munich match days. When the Olympiastadion opens, it gets really crowded. Please also use alternative connections!
There are also free bicycle parking spaces at all three entrances to the Fan Zone.
For safety and organisational reasons, Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square will be closed at 9.00 a.m. instead of 11.00 a.m. with immediate effect. Please use the Spiridon-Louis-Ring and the Ackermannbogen to bypass the Olympiapark from 9.00 a.m. onwards. The footpath to Tollwood is via Ackermannbogen, by bike via Spiridon-Louis-Ring and Ackermannbogen.
The culinary offer in the Fan Zone leaves nothing to be desired: whether with coziness, conviviality and beer culture in the modern beer garden, with cool drinks for hot football days at the bars and many more specialities.
IMPORTANT: It is permitted to bring non-alcoholic drinks for personal consumption up to a maximum of 1 litre per person, but only in plastic bottles. Glass bottles and cans are generally prohibited.
There will be free drinking water stations within the Fan Zone.
All visitors wishing to enter the fan zone area will be checked. Due to increased security checks at the entrances, there may be waiting times at the entrance. Therefore, please arrive early and refrain from bringing backpacks and bags (larger than DIN A4 = 21 x 30 cm). Please note that security are authorised to check visitors for alcohol and/or drug consumption. Visitors who pose a security risk may be denied access.
