The Funky Blues Rabbits
A wild ride through music with lots of show and fun: that's probably the best way to summarise a performance by the Funky Blues Rabbits. Whenever you think you understand which direction the music is heading in, the next break comes and so Macklemore follows Celine Dion and Scooter follows Billie Eilish or Queen. The No Angels fit in well with Snoop Dogg and then a bit of techno or hard style. The ten-piece band from the Upper Palatinate is the perfect starter for a fantastic day of football on the lake stage.
Dis M
Cousins Eli and Tobi massage the ears of their listeners with finely pointed lyrics, powerful voices and the limited resources of two properly operated guitars. And they do this exclusively with acoustic instruments, which they have developed into a witty ensemble through constant rehearsals. The unmistakable charm of the Chiemgauers quickly casts a spell over the audience and you immediately take them to your heart.

The European hip-hop champions know what it takes to put on a show on the Fan Zone lake stage and give their all for their audience!
Kytes
Setting out does not always mean saying goodbye and friendship does not mean standing still. Genuine lightness arises from precisely this mix of freedom and familiarity. The four Munich-based Kytes draw their feel-good sound from this. Live, Kytes exude a rousing, exuberant mixture of indie disco & electro pop. They have already played more than 250 shows, including sold-out tours and festival slots at the Melt! Festival, The Great Escape or the PULS Open Air and now in the Fan Zone.

Program:
Bavarian State Youth Jazz Orchestra (LJJB)
‘It's about educating people’. The LJJB brings together around 300 young Bavarian musicians between the ages of 16 and 25. The main aim is to promote young talent. ‘Strengthening each other’ is the LJJB motto. The LJJB is not a concert orchestra with a predetermined programme. Pieces are not rehearsed note for note, the path leads via the personal experience of music to a unity of joy in playing and perfection. You can look forward to a mixture of swing classics, modern jazz, Latin jazz, jazz rock, funk and hip hop.
Harrycane Orchestra
The fascinating Harrycane Orchestra, led by drummer and composer Harry Alt and Turkish singer Tarkan Yesil, hails from Augsburg and has already released two albums with its mixture of jazz, oriental rhythms and Arabic melodies. The music is based on an epic song structure with well-defined compositional structures and plenty of room for impulsive improvisation. The emotional Turkish vocals of Tarkan Yesil hovers over everything...
SiEA
How marvellous anger can sound, how cheerful lovesickness, how loud the rebellion! SiEA writes everything off its chest, frees itself from sadness and begins to dance. SiEA makes socially critical avant-garde pop, heartbreaking indie rock and plays exciting techno ballads. The seven musicians revel in the intimacy of a duo moment, only to fire off the entire apparatus of rhythm section, brass feature and sometimes three-part vocals in the next moment.
Marquess
Marquess - that's the right groove for the lake stage. Although their summer source of inspiration is lake Maschsee in Lower Saxony's state capital. They have the sun in their hearts and you can imagine the sea when they play the guitar. The three are also successful in southern countries in particular. When someone on the ‘plaza major’ in Andalusia says that Marquees' music has the right groove, they are particularly proud. ‘Favoritas’, ‘en movimiento’, ‘turbulento’, ‘energia’ or the new single ‘bailando sola’ - even those who don't speak Spanish can feel the special rhythm.
Brew Berrymore
Accompanied by show dance legend Pavo Royal, the band Brew Berrymore promises a visual and musical spectacle that redefines the boundaries of a concert experience. With their new recording ‘Better Together’, they reflect the joy of playing and the energy with which they spur their audience on to peak physical performances from concert to concert. You can expect an explosive mixture of alternative guitar sounds, synth anthems and an equally weird and harmonious mix of indie and 80s.
Desperate Brasswives
The musicians mix up every party with cover versions of popular pop songs! Their unique arrangements give hits and well-known sing-along refrains their very own character. Genuine ‘brass pop’, combining the best of club beats and party atmosphere - that's exactly their sound! With their positive energy and tongue-in-cheek charm, they have every audience on their side in no time at all. It's easy to get carried away, because from the very first bar - with the sound of tuba, trombones and trumpets - there's no stopping them on the lake stage!
Hundling
In Bavaria, a Hundling is someone who gets up to something, but you can't really be angry with him. With a joy in observation and subtle humour, the Munich singer-songwriter tells small, sometimes bizarre, sometimes funny stories - straight from life and always close to the people. Musically, it is clothed in a mixture of rock'n'roll and folk, presented by a furious band that comes up with pedal steel, organ, mandolin, piano, lush electric guitars and crisp background choirs.
Bavarian Philharmonic Orchestra (String Quintet)
In the Bavarian Philharmonic's spin-off string quintet, a five-piece ensemble consisting of international musicians performs together with international success. It presents a classical programme of well-known melodies and composers, moderated by the conductor and artistic director Mark Mast, a highlight for classical music fans on the lake stage.
HNO SOUND SYSTEM

Since then, HNO (German for ear, nose and throat) has quickly become one of the top experts in ‘curing ears’. HNO Sound System operates as an independent music label, digital distributor and event agency. Heading into 2024, their main focus is on delivering the best live experiences and releasing music. They have recorded four CDs and played well over 300 gigs in Germany and Austria, performing their own songs and rocking covers in Bavarian and German. The ABM Orchestra is one of the best integrative bands in Germany - in addition to the original songs and the amazing skills of the musicians, it is above all the great joy of playing that captivates the audience.
Lauraine
Lauraine is the synth-pop project of Laura Glauber from Munich. Behind the pseudonym is not only a profound and empowering sound - in the logo, the singer shows her colours for feminine aesthetics and more diversity in the music industry. The Braille under the lettering in the logo is a sign of accessibility and inclusion - a fundamental theme in the life of Laura, who has been a prosthesis user since birth. In addition to the strong front woman, the band consists of Stefan Deimel (guitar), Valentin Gramm (synths, bass) and Alexander Petri (drums).
„Merge“ – Visual Escapism
In times of war, destruction, hatred and the division of society, ‘Merge’ aims to present a creative counter-movement that is defined by a fusion of expression, styles, emotions, love and various forms of escapism. Complex topics, current events, discrimination, individual and collective problems are communicated and processed aesthetically, poetically and visually. The ‘Visual Escapism’ collective's project communicates through dance, acapella and film. Their aim is to create spaces for BIPOC in particular and to demonstrate visual processing and learning processes.
Bukahara
With up to a hundred concerts a year and four studio albums to date, Bukahara have built up a large number of followers bit by bit and under their own steam, but still seem to sail somewhat under the radar in the perception of the masses, even though they have performed in large halls on their biggest tour to date in 2023. You could say that in the music industry, Bukahara are the biggest unknown band in Germany. They see music as a big, wide field, a kind of adventure playground and they can't easily be categorised into a genre.
Roadstring Army
Guitars and voices as rough as the cobblestones they come from. The band Roadstring Army is a warm cup of black coffee for dreamers driven by self-doubt. Thinking with the heart. In search of themselves. The bolt cutters for being different. Electric guitars paired with catchy hooklines. A unique combination of handmade, raw rock and cuddly hip-hop elements on the pulse of the new age.
Diana Ezerex
When impressions from social commitment, society and the reflection of one's own life do not let go, the humus for the music of singer-songwriter Diana Ezerex is created. With her songs, she creates a platform for artistic, cultural and social interaction. It's not just music: her deep, touching voice moves the audience to a socially critical examination of the grievances of marginalisation, confinement, integration, social injustice and freedom.
The Lorbank Collective
The band from Lake Constance is completely dedicated to folk rock. The Lorbank Collective creates its own sound with two-part vocals, guitars and banjo. The result: diverse songs - melancholic and dreamy, full of energy - where no foot remains still. The band locates its own style between beacons of the golden folk era such as Simon & Garfunkel or Bob Dylan, today's folk greats such as Mumford & Sons and influences from a wide variety of modern genres.
Pohlmann
Pohlmann, the Westphalian from Hamburg by choice, who wrote ‘Wenn jetzt Sommer wär’ in a pub, is now an integral part of the German-language music scene. He landed a hit with this song in 2006. It is as if his lyrics are travelling back in time. And although he wants to stimulate thought with his songs, Pohlmann knows that the message, combined with humour and positivity, offers the best connection to the audience. As a result, his live shows on stage always have a really good attitude to life.
Bananenflanke e.V. tournament on the Soccer Field:
Football knows no boundaries! Team Bananenflanke is an innovative football project especially for children with mental disabilities. The focus is on football, but there is much more behind it: emotions are awakened through experiential educational influences, which help to develop personality and social skills. A sense of achievement and the associated development of positive self-esteem take centre stage. The Bananenflanken kickers train regularly under professional guidance in their local Bananenflanke e.V. team. The matches/tournaments are played on street soccer fields. The venues are public spaces to bring the sport to where it belongs: the centre of society! The soccer field in the Fan Zone is therefore just the right place for the banana flank tournament on 7 July.
Hanna Sikasa
‘Catchy melodies, but sung and arranged in a complex way, with poppy clarity, jazzy timbre and poetic, sometimes almost hypnotic lyrics, that is Sikasa's already quite unmistakable recipe.’ [Süddeutsche Zeitung] Hanna Sikasa - the Afro-German singer and composer performs solo with voice and keys, as well as with her eight-piece band. They make pop music that incorporates elements of jazz, soul and R'n'B. When the band family comes together, the full power of the songs unfolds.

Impala Ray
If you want to know what letting go sounds like, take off to Impala Ray and land in freedom with producer Ray and co-pilot Dominik, grinning broadly. When Impala Ray's soundtrack of warm grooves, relaxed bay vibes and laid-back lyrics plays, all doubts fall by the wayside - what counts is friendship, adventure, self-knowledge and life right in front of your nose. So, take a deep breath, turn up the volume and get going. Because it doesn't matter what you look like when you dance to these songs.
Waseem
After numerous musical and political projects such as ‘Die Urbane’, ‘Malcolm R & Waseem’ or ‘Work is a human right’, the German-Egyptian artist and activist Waseem presents a live show with ‘Dr Love’ on trumpet and ‘CCJ’ on drums. Waseem also regularly organises major hip-hop events and has already performed on stage with the likes of R.A. The Rugged Man, M1 from Dead Prez, Mr. Lif, Sadat X, Rass Kass and Amewu. Four studio albums and the associated tours, two live albums, various single releases and guerrilla events have made Moop Mama a permanent fixture and inspiration for numerous projects. With Älice (formerly of Chefboss), Moop Mama has found a new voice. At home in many genres and singing as confidently as she raps, the new front woman delivers full stage power in Moop Mama style.
They have been on stage since 1990! True to the motto ‘Movement keeps you young’, the Philhomoniker have changed again and again during this time. From travesty, fumbling and the menopause of an empress, they have developed into a choir that serves various genres. There is one thing the Philhomoniker never do: music without a plot, without costumes, without choreography. They are always on the move and stage the arranged pieces not only vocally.
Willman
‘Rap-smooched electropop’ that not only gets heads moving, but also legs - this is how the pop duo Willman, who recently supported rapper Nura, aptly describe themselves. With a mixture of finely tuned melodies, rap parts and electronic beat elements, the Freiburg-based band packs complex themes into relaxed and danceable sounds. As a socio-political band, Willman creates a new normality instead of ignoring existing injustices. And that works best when you dance to it.
Jamaram
Jamaram, the reggae eight-piece that has been considered unsinkable since it was founded at the turn of the millennium, with thousands of live shows under its belt, is far from flat! Join Jamaram (meets Jahcoustix) live and direct against the death of clubs and festivals, against courtship on mobile phones and couch potatoes with dope, booze and Netflix. The band stands for peace, cosmopolitanism and respect, against war, intolerance and isolation. Without borders and walls - colourful diversity and joie de vivre, in real life as well as in music.

Cosby
One of Munich's most promising indie pop bands is back with its fourth album. They still believe in a better world, a better tomorrow and better pop songs. In any case, it's the kind of music that gets everyone on their feet. Daring to make a new start. Finding themselves again. Again and again they surprise us with how seamlessly this straddle between indie or DIY spirit and oversize pop statements can work.
Iggi Kelly
Musician, performer, TV star - he has long since conquered the stage. The multi-talented performer impressed at the blind auditions of ‘The Voice Kids’ in 2017 and won the affection of Mark Forster. After being eliminated in the semi-finals, the Düsseldorf native remained loyal to The Voice format and caused a stir as a backstage reporter in 2019. Fast Boy
More talent is hardly possible when you talk about the brothers Lucas and Felix from Berlin, who together form the duo Fast Boy and are on the road as producers, DJs, singer-songwriters and instrumentalists. They have overrun the dance music scene at an exceptionally fast pace. They climbed to the top of the charts just as quickly in collaboration with DJs such as HUGEL, Alle Farben and Meduza. Their catchy and danceable songs have amassed up to 500 million streams.
Bavarian Police Orchestra
In keeping with Munich being the venue for the UEFA EURO 2024, the Bavarian Police Orchestra opens the concert with the Bavarian Defilier March. This is followed by fiery Mexican rhythms with Danzón No. 2 by Arturo Márquez. Michael Kamen's heroic sounds to Robin Hood and virtuoso cornet solos in Bugler's Holiday provide a varied sound experience. With We are the World and Heal the World, two world hits by Michael Jackson are on the program, as well as the galactic film music from Star Wars. The orchestra under the direction of chief conductor Johann Mösenbichler rounds off the varied music program with highlights from the Irish sensation Riverdance.
