Spectacular kick-off: Big names and new sounds on the first day of the festival
The first day of the festival promises musical fireworks: Post Malone will send visitors into ecstasy with his global hits, while singer RAYE will give you goosebumps with her unique fusion of pop and jazz. A special highlight: Nelly Furtado celebrates her big comeback and delights with long-running favourites such as ‘Maneater’ and ‘Promiscuous’. Alligatoah delivers his usual trenchant lyrics and an entertaining stage show.
James Hype, one of the most sought-after DJs and producers in the electronic music scene, is a new addition to the line-up. His international hit ‘Ferrari’ catapulted him to the top of the charts and has been filling dancefloors around the world ever since. Roy Bianco & Die Abbrunzati Boys also bring euphoric Italo hits to Munich, while Jelly Roll skilfully combines rock, country and hip-hop. With their modern, atmospheric sounds, Montell Fish and DON WEST set stylish accents and, together with hip singer Omar Rudberg and newcomers Aaron and Jassin, complete the varied music programme on the first day of the festival.
On Sunday, electronic beats and absolute goosebump moments are pre-programmed
The second day of the festival is in no way inferior to the opening day and has further highlights in store: Irish pop star Hozier, known for chart-toppers such as ‘Too Sweet’ and ‘Take Me To Church’, captivates the audience at his exclusive German show, while Bebe Rexha takes the stage with her unmistakable energy and her globally successful songs.
Tiësto will provide the ultimate party boost, transforming the Olympiastadion into one big dancefloor. Giant Rooks thrill the audience at their only festival show this year with an energetic live performance and profound lyrics, while Conan Gray and Cat Burns bring modern Gen-Z pop to the stage. Suki Waterhouse enchants the Olympiapark for the first time with her dreamy indie vibes and Zaho de Sagazan skilfully combines the power of chanson with modern electronics. Nostalgic festival moments are also guaranteed by Juli, who will get the audience singing along to their greatest hits.
A special highlight: Ikkimel, one of the most exciting newcomers on the German rap scene, celebrates her SUPERBLOOM debut. With spherical sounds and electronic beats, she brings the energy of TikTok directly to the big stage.
More than music: the SUPERBLOOM feeling
In addition to the big stages, there will be art, performances and entertainment at every corner of the festival site. Mord auf Ex is returning to SUPERBLOOM for the third time, but with a new programme! This time, the successful podcasters present ‘Mord auf Ex meets True Love’ - a unique fusion of their two successful formats. Musician and author Anton Weil reads from his debut novel ‘Super Einsam’ and talks about an often suppressed but important topic of our generation - the invisible burden of loneliness in a networked world.
Siegfried & Joy, on the other hand, bring captivating magic and entertaining comedy to Munich. The youngest visitors will also get their money's worth - including Mr Jan and Kinders, the talented rap crew led by Matti MC, Remmi Demmi and Olli, who will delight both children and adults with their clever hip-hop.
