The season opener is followed by a home three-game set at Oberwiesenfeld against Slovakian club HC Košice, the "derby" against the Austrian Sharks from HC Innsbruck and the reunion with Finnish top club Lukko Rauma. At the end of the regular CHL season, the Red Bulls are guests of Färjestad Karlstad in Sweden.
