More than 300 shows in 18 countries on three continents: since its debut in Riesa in 2001, the Night of the Jumps has captivated more than three million people worldwide: from Brazil to China, from Finland to Namibia. The motocross acrobats have been regular guests in the Olympic Hall for more than ten years, and now the NOTJ is returning to Munich on 12 April 2025.
In addition to the high-calibre freestyle motocross (FMX) competitions, spectators can also look forward to breathtaking mountain bike (MTB) and freestyle trampoline competitions for the first time. Up to eight ramps and two Olympic trampolines as well as an over 10 metre high start tower for MTB will be available for the athletes - the perfect basis for an unforgettable spectacle. NIGHT of the JUMPs once again sets new standards in international action sports.
As the absolute superman of previous years, Luc Ackermann is of course once again a firm favourite at the Night of the Jumps: Luc Ackermann. The Thuringian set his first of many world records in 2010 when he managed a motorbike backflip at the age of just twelve. No one before him was officially that young to perform this trick. He set another record in 2020 when he broke a twelve-year-old world record set by FMX legend Travis Pastrana with ten backflips in 30 seconds. And in 2021, he became the first German FMX rider to win a title at the X-Games. The night of jumps, the night of champions.
