Following a 15-year gap, US celebrity superstar, CHER returns to Germany as part of her 2019 "Here We Go Again Tour", which includes a date in Munich.
It may be a cliché, but Cher is a true living legend! Over the decades, the talented music icon, TV personality and sometime movie star has received nominations and won Oscars as well as numerous other awards including Emmys, Grammys and Golden Globes.
Following the outstanding success of the film, "Mamma Mia 2 – Here We Go Again", the ever-dynamic Cher is looking forward to another series of performances, including in Germany on her upcoming "Here We Go Again" European tour. Once again, Cher is destined to delight her fans with classic hits such as "Believe" and "Turn Back Time", as well as newer songs from her recent "Dancing Queen" album – a tribute to the music of ABBA, the legendary Swedish pop quartet.
Frequently known as “The Goddess of Pop”, Cher started her career in the 1960’s, as half of the Sonny & Cher folk-rock duo. Their live performances and regular appearances in the Sonny and Cher comedy Hour were watched by millions of viewers on US TV. As a media personality and fashion trendsetter, Cher soon made a name for herself in the male-dominated world of show business and still today remains one of the most recognizable international celebrities. On the music scene, Cher has regularly ruled the charts, selling over 100 million albums. For a short time, she was also married to Greg Allman, founder member of the famed Allman Brothers Band. During her five-decade career, she has won a long list of accolades as entertainer and performer, music artist, film actress and Broadway star, as well as film and TV director.
