At a speed of 7m/s, you also quickly get closer to the 7th heaven: the view of Munich, its surroundings and, in favourable weather, of the Alpine chain from the Salzkammergut to the Allgäu Alps is just as unique as the Olympic Tower itself.

Around 350,000 visitors at the summer festival in the Olympic Park

It was a successful comeback: the 2023 Summer Festival in the Olympic Park counted around 350,000 visitors from 27 July to 20 August.

Start of the season for skate fans

Public ice skating at the Olympic Ice Sports Centre is starting the season. After the summer break, skating fans can once again skate in the training hall and the Olympic Ice Stadium from Monday 14 August.
